Kirk Souder

Kirk is co-founder and head leadership coach at enso | Leadership for Impact, creating positive impact at scale with visionary leaders and brands. Kirk’s background is distinct from most leadership coaches with vast business experience prior to deep education and training in leadership coaching. Kirk’s business and entrepreneurial leadership spans 25 years of successful enterprises. He’s held roles as Chief Creative Officer, Partner, and President/CEO of 400+ people agencies, and been founder of vanguard creative shops. He’s built award-winning creative cultures in New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Shanghai, with clients like Nike, Disney, Virgin, Visa, Google, The White House, and Obama for America.

Kirk coaches high-impact leaders to find their greatest possibility in authentic leadership, purpose, and impact. Kirk is a pioneer in purpose mindset workshop design and facilitation. It was in the midst of his own arc toward purpose, seeing he could have exponentially more impact by coaching other leaders toward that northstar, Kirk went to grad school in 2004 for a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology. Kirk is also a certified graduate of the University of Santa Monica’s Soul Centered Coaching Program. This combination of real world business experience and graduate level coaching education creates an integrated skill set rare in today’s leadership coaches and uniquely suited for today’s purpose-oriented organizations.

Kirk has spoken and led workshops on unlocking inner purpose and positive impact from Hong Kong to Copenhagen to Miami to Portland. He volunteers twice a year in a women’s maximum security prison in a mindset workshop called Freedom to Choose, and as a Burning Man participant since 1995, is currently participating in a university research project on how Burning Man is influencing today’s most progressive business cultures.

Licia Rester-Frazee

Licia Rester-Frazee has served at the University of Santa Monica (USM) as faculty for the past 15 years and has worked with thousands of students and online learners in transforming their consciousness and their lives. This year she co-designed and co-facilitated USM’s new 10-month Certificate Program in Soul-Centered Facilitation. Licia is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and transformative coach. In her private practice, she works with individuals and groups in clarifying, creating, and living an inspired and inspiring life.

In addition to her faculty roles, Licia has served as USM’s Managing Director, providing leadership, coaching, and oversight to a variety of the University’s projects and departments. A professional writer and instructional designer for over 27 years, Licia has designed and produced numerous instructional video series, in-person seminars, and interactive offerings, including business workshops and courseware, psychology software, online memberships, and children’s e-learning products. Some of her clients have included Microsoft, American Express, NBC, Hanna-Barbera Studios, Philips Interactive Media, Honda, Volvo, University of Southern California, Interactive Health Systems, and Amgen.
